Kochi : The Kerala High Court on Thursday came down heavily on BJP General Secretary K Surendran over his action in Sabarimala.
Terming his actions as unjustifiable, the court questioned that is that the right way to conduct by a person who bears the post of General Secretary of a party.
While considering his bail plea, the court pointed that Mr Surendran did not conduct in the way of a devotee in Sabarimala and Nilackal. The Court also asked the Kerala police that how long are they planning to keep Surendran behind the bars.
The court also added that no one should plan a riot in the name of devotion.However, the state government strongly opposed the bail plea. Meanwhile, the court postponed the bail plea to tomorrow to hear trail.
